****Weigh in for the morning of 09/22/2010 - 213 [almost down to 212]****
Sorry for the non post yesterday.. I've been feeling very icky recently. I didn't exercise much for the past couple days. Just the usual chasing Abel around the house.
I am quite proud of what I ate today.
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda and 2 tablespoons of 1% milk.
Lunch- 1/2 cup peas and 2 slices of turkey. (NO bread =] )
Snack- chicken strip on a small tortilla with ranch and cheese.
I have not eaten dinner yet, and I'm not really feeling hungry either, so I may not even eat.
I found a lovely weight loss buddy :) Yay for that! I hope that we can keep in touch and motivate each other.
Well... goals for tomorrow... 30 minutes of exercise. Start my 6 week body makeover diet.. (yay.. not) Drink lots of water!!!
I know this is all jumbly, so I hope you all can understand it =]
Gotta go start my Thursday vlog!
