I was 211 even this morning =] I am very excited because I am starting a water fast tomorrow. I don't know how long I will do it for. I'm thinking 10 days. Some people do it for 30 to 120 days! I hope to clean my body out, and develop a healthier relationship with food.
Fasting will be much easier for me than dieting because I don't have to be exposed to food. When I try to diet, and limit my food intake, I just end up binging out. After the fast, I plan on slowly reintroducing veggies, then fruits, then meats. But only good meats.. (chicken, turkey, fish... etc.)
So, call me crazy.. Here I go!

JUst always remember to listed to your body dont push it too far the outcome might be worse then the problem. If you don't feel healthy chances are you are not healthy just be safe :)
