Weight this morning: 212.8

I'm very angry with myself. I dont understand why I can't stop binging. Last night I did great, then I ate a WHOLE BOX of corn pops. Tonight I ate pancakes and candy. I'm so angry that I don't even want to talk right now. Sorry

  1. Hey girl I am sorry you are so angry but you have to take baby steps. You can not go from eating everything to eating nothing in one day. It has to happen slowly IMO you should forget the water fast and try to stick to changing little things in your diet Like maybe Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day and adding a couple of fruits and veggies a day and so on. Add something different every week don't take everything away at once because that's what happens we want what we can't have I have been there so many times. Hope you feel better soon and don't let corn pops or candy keep you from your goals :)
