09/24/2010 * Yaaay! Happy!

Weight for this morning: 211.6! Thats 2.2 lbs lost! =]

     I am happy! Happy! Happy! I went grocery shopping yesterday, and got healthy foods :) Also got diet coke, because I can't cut out soda completely.. I think I would die.. lol. Anywhoo, I ate soo good today.. Breakfast: Egg whites and 1/2 a banana, with 1/2 a slice of wheat toast (me and Abel split the toast and banana.) Lunch: broccoli and a slice of turkey. Snack: 2 oz of chicken with 1/2 cup peas, and a little bit of white rice. And dinner: 1/2 cup of hamburger helper and 1/2 can of mt dew. So overall I've done very well.

     I exercised for about 12 minutes today on my exercise bike (high resistance), but I was also moving around the house alot also. I've had soo much energy today!!!

     Overall, I am very happy, and excited for tomorrow. Gonna try for 20 minutes of exercise tomorrow. :)

PS - Those of you who follow my vlog on YouTube... sorry I haven't gotten up my Thursday vlog yet... I am having trouble cause my internet is sooo slow. But it will be up tomorrow!

  1. Wow!! Congratz on your weight loss .. I wish I could say the same. I am stuck on 216 but I really havent been doing my walks so I have no one to blame but my self. I wanted to suggest a webstite to you. It's called Livestrong and you can log your food in there and your weight also measurements it's pretty cool you can keep track of what you eat daily and your water intake. Hope you stay motivated :) follow my blog :)
