Weight Loss Blog 09/20/2010 **215.3 LBS**

Hey guys!
Well, if you are reading this, then you most likely watched my first weight loss vlog on YouTube!
So, thanks for checking that out! So here's the deelio.. When I got pregnant, I was 135-ish, then after I had him I was back down to 150. Now I'm all the way up to 215 LBS!!! AND I'm tired of being fat.. overweight... unhealthy.. whatever you want to call it. I've tried probably 100 times to diet and exercise, but in the end I'm just lazy and I end up gaining any weight back that I lost. :(
     Sooo, that's where you guys come in. As embarrassing as it is, I'm going to do this in front of everyone on YouTube. That way I will (hopefully) have many, many, many, people rooting for me, and motivating me. I don't want to let my lovely fans down, so that will be a BIG motivator for me.
     Every night, when I'm all done with my eating and exercise, I'm going to post a short little summary of my day, which will include what my weight was that morning, what I ate that day, and how I exercised. I also am gonna set small and big goals for my self which I will write here also.
     So, guys, please help me out!  Tell me when you think I should set my goal of 90 lbs to be!



Here are my goals for today (09/20/2010): (Weight: 215.3)
Eat healthy, cut out all soda, and sweets.
Exercise for 30 minutes.
Drink 50 oz of water.

Long term goals:
Lose 4 lbs by 09/27/2010

Really long term goal:
lose 90 lbs by (date yet to be determined)
